Focus on your objectives

 

Coaching means to me to support a client consequently on his way to achieve an objective. Therefore, I am concentrating on my core competences in the fields of speech, presentation, conversation and negotiation.

For my clients this means that we prepare and practice for example an important presentation together or the argumentation of an upcoming negotiation and then train flexible strategies. Such a coaching is completed by a discussion about the real situation (presentation, negotiation, appraisal interview, etc.) and the resulting recommendations for further development.

Depending on the need for development, a coaching sequence according to a defined objective consists of 5-10 units of about 2 hours.

Methodically, my coachings are similar to my trainings. Practice is in the focus while theory input is given where needed. Additionally, a constant exchange via email, telephone or Skype is provided during the coaching period.
